	OLD GLORY UK DOUBLE BILL! OLD GLORY UK Double Bill!! 4th 5th September 2010 Its that time of year again. Two shows in ONE fun-packed weekend. _ Saturday 4 th September_ Border Reiver Metro Radio Arena Newcastle. The largest Wargames show in North East England sponsored by Old Glory UK. So yes chaps we will be there. As usual the "6 for 5" deal will be in operation and we'll have a bundle of new stuff including the NEW JACDAW French and British Dragoons and the First Release from The Glorious Victorian Toy Soldier Company. We also hope to have New Items from Blue Moon Manufacturing - their new 15mm ranges are proving very popular and very tasty little fellas they are too! As always please pre-order for any ranges we can't carry at shows (25mm Ancients or Napoleonics for example) so that we can bring them along for you. Then we load up the van and set off for......... PARTIZAN II 5th September Kelham Hall Newark Notts. The same guidelines apply - please pre-order if you can and YES the "6 for 5" deal is in operation (it never goes away). 	August Releases from Old Glory UK 30mm - Latest Additions to the JACDAW 18th Century range- British and French Mounted Dragoons a total of 6 new packs plus the French High Command. 40mm The Glorious Victorian Toy Soldier Company presents the first release of a range inspired by H.G. Well's "Little Wars". These miniatures are designed as a homage to the early pioneers of wargaming - but with a modern scale of detail. Painted in "Shiny Toy Style" you could be forgiven for thinking they had just come from the Battle of Hooks Farm but equally you can paint them in a modern style to represent the British Army of the High Victorian Age." 	NEW RELEASES FOR JUNE/JULY 2010 NEW RELEASES FOR JUNE/JULY 2010 from OLD GLORY UK We have new 40mm,28mm and 15mm additions to our ranges. Tallest first. Drabant have released some Dutch Guards in their Malburian range and some Swedish Infantry command figures in their Wars of Moscow state range - these are now in stock. As soon as the next shipment from the USA arrives I'll have the new 40mm Sash and Saber British Napoleonic firing line and AWI infantry in roudabout jackets. In 28/30mm (same really despite the picky chaps) we have new items from JACDAW - The first of the mid 18th century British - 3 packs of Infantry: Command, Hatmen and Grenadiers all in "campaign" uniform - lapels buttonred over - easier to paint and historically correct! In the Brooks Miniatures range we have 3 new packs: 1990s SAS "Scudhunters" in 2 variant packs and an accessories pack containing extra Bergens pack and SA80 and AT launchers - all sorts of twiddly bits to customize your modern Brits. Last but by no means least in 15mm - 1/100th scale Lil' Flyin' Fokkers have added a Fairey Swordfish kit. Not only did this aircraft have a fine record as a torpedo bomber for the Fleet Air Arm with successful actions against the Bismarck and The Italian Navy but the "Stringbag" also served as a light bomber in the Desert War. 	Blue Moon 15mm Arrive in the UK _ Despite the recent volcanic interlude we've just taken delivery of the first group of Blue Moon 15mm. I now have the WW1 and Old West figure ranges. The pirates will be added next month. Big Andy Says.. "As you may know I'm not really a 15mm chap. I have a few CD WW2 and that's my lot. Nevertheless I was pretty impressed with these little chaps. They are "large 15mm" - 18mm to the anally retentive and very sweet indeed. Good stuff from an outfit that is better known for Horror, Gangsters and Spacemen- normally not stuff I'd look at. However these little figures drew my attention, the WW1 have a lot of poses and the little bit of extra height makes them proper little models. The same goes for the cowboys and such. Now neither period is my personal thing but Blue Moon are planning more "proper" historical stuff that is - so By Gum! Big Andy might well be doing some 15mm armies - I fancy the great Northern War Charles XII was my kind of nut case!!!"	Tue Apr 27th
	Old Glory UK 25mm Modern range Old Glory UK 25mm Modern range is now available. This range - formerly Brooks Miniatures - is now available on line. Pictures will follow as we take 'em. More packs will be added in the fullness of time. It's a great range and we are proud to add it to our growing portfolio. Other news - watch out for new aircraft soon - an addition to the Russian range and the first of the Japanese. New codes have also been added to the Jacdaw Miniatures range of 30mm Lace Wars figures.
