Shopping Terms & Conditions

Orders are Processed on a first come first serve basis and we should have your order within 2 working days from when you ordered.

We will try to get your order delivered to you within seven days (hopefully quicker) but we do have 28 days to do this.

We strive to update our stock details when we can but on occasion an item may be ordered that we have no stock of. This will be shown as "on back order" on your delivery invoice and will be shipped to you when we receive the back orderd item. We may on occasion hold back your whole order if the amount of "on back order" items is deemed excessive. If this occurs we will try to contact you be e-mail or telephone to let you know of any delay.

At present your credit card is charged at the point of your order confirmation. We will review this procedure if it causes any difficulties for customers.

Returns:- If there is a problem with your order or you wish to return your order you must inform us by telephone or e-mail within 7 working days of receipt. You will need to pay the return postage for orders shipped back to us. Returns will not be accepted unless the product is in a resaleable condition. i.e. all figures plus all packaging in a reasonable condition.
