The information we collect

When you pay, your card details are handled directly by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number. We also collect basic usage information through cookies when you browse the site.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to provide customer service, to keep records we are required to keep by law, and to improve the website. We only send marketing messages if you have asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.

Our lawful bases

We process your information to perform our contract with you (fulfilling orders), to meet our legal obligations (such as tax records), for our legitimate interests (running and improving the shop), and, where relevant, with your consent (such as optional cookies or marketing).
